🌱 Being mindful isn't always easy 🌱

From our discussions with schools, it's clear that there's some incredible work happening to help support pupils with emotional wellbeing. Based on feedback, we've been working to try and supplement this through our brand new Mindfulness section within the platform. 

✨ Let's slow down together this summer term ✨

This half term we're launching our new Mindfulness section with resources & features exclusive to SATs Companion. Designed with your pupils in mind, your class can begin to incorporate mindfulness inside & outside the classroom

🐒Say hello to Molly the Mindfulness Monkey🐒

Suitable for either everyday practice or a quick brain break, pupils can work at their own pace, allowing them to slow down, manage emotions and be more mindful 😊 .


Our new Mindfulness Unit is accessible anytime for your class. Pupils can get started in just two easy steps:

1. Login into the SATs Companion Pupil Dashboard
2. Click on Molly the Mindfulness Monkey 🐒 (She's on the top righthand side of the menu)
